How to Measure Yourself
- Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and snug but not tight.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, just above your belly button.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
- Inseam: Measure from the top of your inner thigh down to the bottom of your ankle.
For the most accurate results, measure over light clothing or underwear and keep the tape parallel to the floor.
