Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags attached.
- Customized or final sale items are not eligible for returns unless defective.
How to Return
- Contact our customer support at [email protected] to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Pack the item securely and include the original packing slip and RAN.
- Ship the item to the return address provided by our support team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within **7-10 business days**.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and details.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
